All requests to cancel or transfer participant registrations must be submitted in writing and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Substitutions can be made at any time up to September 5, 2022.
For full event cancellations received prior to the close of business on September 9, 2022:
A $150.00 handling/processing fee will be assessed, and the balance of your registration fee will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 60 days of us receiving your request.
For full conference cancellations received after September 9, 2022:
No refunds will be issued.
Substitutions may be made to another person at any time.
Substitutions may be transferred to a future event.
Note: Registration cannot be transferred to another event more than once.
